I contacted Harry after seeing a few recommendations on our local community page. Harry came and surveyed our roof, where we still had a continuous leak for over a year after supposedly being repaired! From the very first visit, Harry kept in constant communication (which is such a rarity!) He was the only roofer who actually mentioned that the issue was not a complete roof replacement as had been quoted several times, but a more simple solution for a fraction of the price. The actual real issue that Harry suggested made complete sense to me! I did not feel like I was being ripped off and felt the price quoted for the work was a good and fair price. Harry did his best to get the job planned in as soon as he could and actually moved things about to turn up earlier than planned. Harry was professional, tidy and communicative the whole time, showing photos of the work before and after and taking the time to explain the work. The work carried out was to a high standard and Harry evidently takes a pride in his work and it shows. I would highly recommend Harry and will certainly contact him for any future jobs. During the awful recent storm Eunice we found Harry's number and even in that terrible weather he quickly came over to assess the damage to my roof. He kindly helped me empty the conservatory too as it was also damaged which he didn't even have to do, then arranged for scaffolding to be put up the next morning. He came back on the Saturday to remove loose tiles as I was scared they would fall off which was kind of him and then back to fix the roof.
What a great helpful friendly guy with a friendly labourer alongside. Hes polite,quick,efficient,knowledgeable and still worked in high winds to get the job done.

Harry came to check our roof when we found a leak. He inspected the whole roof thoroughly and told us the leak was nothing to do with the roof at all and was caused by something else entirely. Many tradesmen would have charged an arm and a leg for this, or could have fobbed me off saying we needed works doing that we actually didn’t, therefore I know Harry is honest and trustworthy in his approach. He also completed some Kent peg repair work for us, sourcing and fitting identical tiles seamlessly, really high quality workmanship. Wouldn’t go to anyone else in the future!
